1991 Co-ordinated Canada's largest ever copyright infringement investigation, directing the efforts of investigation firms across the country, resulting in scores of arrests, seizures of property, and civil prosecutions.

1993 Pioneered the usage of expert kinesiologists in reviewing surveillance video, leading to the recognition of our staff kinesiologist as an expert witness in an Ontario court trial.

1994 Played a prominent role in the investigation of a major `staged accident fraud ring, leading to numerous arrests and millions of dollars in savings.

1995 Consulted regularly with legislators and officials responsible for drafting auto insurance reforms in Ontario, making key recommendations on anti-fraud provisions.
